Come evening, Olive Tree transforms into an atmospheric restaurant. Its charming interior is spacious yet cosy; it is gently lit and the soft background music makes it a place perfect for couples to cosy up in and sample the delicious food and diverse selection of wines. A team of local chefs cook up a storm, creating an evening menu using ingredients from as close to their doorstep as possible. Think fresh fish from day boats at Bude and Looe, free range chicken and eggs from Bude.
