Their speciality is fantastic local beef, raised on grass and supplied by one of the most respected butchers in Cornwall.
The majority of the chef’s ingredients are sourced locally (supporting our traditional agricultural economy, minimising food miles, ensuring absolute freshness). And just about everything, including the bread, is freshly made on site.
They have fish and shellfish caught by local dayboats; game from the estate; fruit, vegetables and herbs from local farmers; meat and poultry from local supplier.
It’s a great dining and relaxing enviroment, with a sweeping zinc-topped bar, sofas assembled around the open fireplace, plus an area for more intimate dining.
