Nestled in the historic Mylor harbour, Castaways is an idyllic waterside location with stunning views over the Carrick Roads and unspoilt countryside.
The restaurant, under new ownership, specialises in exquisite seafood dishes – where possible using fish landed in the harbour complemented by champagne and wine by the glass or bottle.
Castaways can provide that intimate space for two or the venue for the party or, wedding of a lifetime. There is plenty of seating outside on the quay to enjoy the summer sun with a chilled glass of wine and watch boats glide past.
Castaways is a contemporary restaurant with an Italian twist. It has an exciting menu, well-chosen wines and lots of Italian flair and passion.
Breakfast is available until 12pm and there is a full range of home-made pastries, scones and cakes. Sandwiches are made freshly to order. The full menu and daily changing specials are available from 12pm until late in the evening. The traditional roast Sunday lunch is highly recommended.
Open every day in the summer and from Wed - Sun in the winter.
